Your holiday with us in our Mountain & Spa Hotel

  • Smoking / no-smoking: our rooms are all no-smoking areas. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.
  • General: rooms are available from 3 PM. If arriving after 7 PM, we ask that you let us know by telephone. Please check out before 10:00 AM.
  • Deposits: A deposit of € 300,-  per room is required for definite bookings in summer, and € 300,- in winter, to be transferred into our account.

    If making a transfer from abroad, please label the payment as “expenses free for the recipient”. By doing this you will save yourself any unnecessary expenses.
  • Cancellation insurance: you are welcome to take out travel insurance through us, more information is available here.
  • Cancellation conditions: if you need to cancel your reservation, 3-1 months before arrival incurs a charge of 40% of the total booking price. Cancellations from 1 month to 1 week before arrival incur a charge of 70% of the booking price. Cancellations in the week before arrival incur a charge of 90% of the booking price. In cases of no-shows or early departures, 100% of the price is applicable. The payment of the deposit is taken into account.
  • Payment on site: cash in Euros, or EC card, Visa, or MasterCard.
  • Pets: please leave pets in their usual environment at home.
  • Allergies or special dietary requests: please let us know before your arrival if you have any allergies or special dietary requests. Our team in the kitchen will endeavour to take these into account when planning the menu.
