Participation is possible by reacting to the post promoting the giveaway. Only direct reactions will be considered. Participants are not required to tag third parties or share the post, although doing so is welcomed on a voluntary basis.

All natural persons who are of legal age according to Austrian law and have their primary residence within the European Union are eligible to participate. The minimum age is 18 years.

Direct employees of Urslauerhof GmbH & CO KG are excluded from participating in the giveaway.

The start and end dates of the giveaway are defined in the giveaway post itself on www.facebook.com/urslauerhof and https://www.instagram.com/urslauerhof/.

The prize(s) are those defined in the respective giveaway post. Cash redemption is not possible, and legal recourse is excluded. The prize may be redeemable only within a specified time period.

The drawing will take place immediately after the end of the giveaway using a random generator among all participants. If the selected winner does not accept the prize within one week, a new winner will be drawn.

Each giveaway is organized by Urslauerhof GmbH & CO KG.

The data available on META for each participant will be collected. Urslauerhof GmbH & CO KG will store this data solely in digital form for the purpose of contacting the winner, and it will be deleted after the winner has been determined and contacted.

The winner will be contacted personally via META Messenger and agrees to this form of communication. For the purpose of public announcement, the winner's first name and abbreviated last name will be mentioned in the giveaway post.
If any irregularities occur or the giveaway is disrupted or manipulated in any way, we reserve the right to stop, suspend, or invalidate the giveaway at any time without providing reasons.
We explicitly distance ourselves from the content of any posts made by participants. Unlawful content will be removed without comment, and the participant will be excluded from the giveaway.
